Deliver Time: minimum 10 minutes. if stuff is in stock at the time of purchase. high end 1 day(can be little longer given some circumstances).

"when does restock happen?", its random, if nothing is in stock apon purchase I often check every 30 minutes to an hour, you could also ping me in your ticket and I will check again.,
"can i be pinged when restock?", No for many reasons, one of which including i don't want to. Some High Value clients may get the privilege of this though,
"where can i use the card?", almost anywhere online.
"What will be delivered?" Card details, Where you can register and check balance.
"Can I get in trouble for using the cards?" No the cards cannot put you at risk of any authority, The cards are completely Legal to use.
"If you can Just get the cards why not just use them yourself?" I do, I often use them for myself. I also make money selling them just as much because I cant use 100+ cards a day.
"Do they work outside of the US?" under normal circumstances, No. You will need to use a vpn, proxy, or RDP set in the US for better use of the cards, the best recommended use is an RDP as it has the best track record.
"Does it work ___?" Most likely yes, if it doesn't work for you it is possible its just a you thing, or specific issue like that bin or amount doesnt work for you! i.e (43880 works for one guy on said website but not for the other on same website) ways to work around such is to keep testing til you find what works!
